Aujas has passed the demanding assessment required to become a member of CREST, the not-for-profit accreditation and certification body that represents the technical information security industry. Aujas is the first Indian headquartered cybersecurity company to get CREST membership.

Referring to this achievement, Srinivas Rao, Co-founder, Aujas, said, “We are excited to become a CREST member company. CREST accreditation for Aujas highlights our capability as a focused security organization and emphasizes our technical ability to perform all levels of penetration testing as per global standards. We are happy to be amongst other CREST members and are committed to client data integrity, with a continued focus on service excellence and innovation.”

CREST member companies go through a rigorous process that assesses test methodologies, legal and regulatory requirements, data protection standards, logging and auditing, internal and external communications with stakeholders, and how test data security is maintained.

CREST certified professionals must pass examinations to demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and capabilities in the field of security testing.

CREST also emphasizes that member organizations have the required policies, procedures, and processes in place to deliver penetration testing services and protect client data during testing exercises. CREST certified engineers and member companies also must adhere to strict and verifiable codes of conduct.

Jaykishan Nirmal, Vice President, Security Verification Practice, added, “We share the vision of CREST to provide high-quality security testing assurance to our global clients. With CREST membership, Aujas reaffirms that it will continue to deliver top-quality security testing services with competent and certified professionals and the highest level of professionalism.”

Mr. Ian Glover, President of CREST, said, “We are delighted to announce Aujas as our first Indian-headquartered member company,” CREST is looking forward to working with Aujas and to expanding CREST activities and awareness in the region.
